A few tips...

  eID can be deleted and reinstalled on the same phone or on a different phone.   Be sure that a well-lit area is used during the capture processes.   Avoid lighting that causes a glare.   When capturing the bar code, be sure to line-up the bar code in such a way that it is slightly smaller than the capture box.   When capturing the front of the ID, be sure to line-up the front of the ID in such a way that it is slightly smaller than the capture box.   Lighting and movement will affect the selfie. It is recommended that the selfie be taken in a well-lit area. It will also help if you are able to rest your phone on a stationary item to help with movement. i.e. a countertop or table   Remember that the selfie must always be a “live” picture. You can never take a picture of a picture in place of a live selfie.   When capturing the QR code, be sure to line it up inside the capture box; it will work if slightly off-center.
